As a part of peer to peer H2020 project PROSPECT, five handbooks were developed for examples innovative financing schemes in the following sectors:
- public buildings
- private buildings
- public lighting
- transport
- cross-sectoral (from energy production to climate change adaptation)

The handbooks are suitable for any level of expertise for a public servant in a local administration, wanting to understand more about the existing options and examples of good practice for financing their sustainable energy actions.
