The following tool has been developed in the frame of the Stepping project from the INTERREG Mediterranian programme, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. 

STEPPING - Supporting The EPC Public Procurement IN Going-beyond brings together nine partners from seven countries of Mediterranean Area for testing new approach of application of Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) scheme.

The following tool has been developed in the frame of the TrustEE project which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme.

INSMART City Energy System Model

 The INSMART methodology was developed in the INSMART FP7 Smart City project. The objective is to use a scientifically sound approach in developing Sustainable Energy Action plans a city level. The methodology covers all the energy consumption sectors within a city (buildings, transport, municipal buildings, other uses) and local energy generation (solar water heaters, PV systems etc).

The Integrated MARKAL-EFOM System (TIMES)

TIMES (The Integrated MARKAL-EFOM System) is an economic model generator for local, national or multi -regional energy systems, which provides a technology-rich basis for estimating energy dynamics over a long-term. It is applied to the analysis of the energy sector, but may also applied to study in detail single sectors. Reference case estimates of end-use energy service demands are provided by the user for each region.

Long-range Energy Alternatives Planning System (LEAP), Bulgaria

LEAP (Long-range Energy Alternatives Planning System)- software tool for energy policy analysis and climate change mitigation assessment.  LEAP is an integrated, scenario-based modeling tool that can be used to track energy consumption, production and resource extraction in all sectors of an economy.
