PUBLEnEf project Final Report

Departing from the transposition and implementation process of the European Union Energy Efficiency Directive (EED), the role of the multilevel governance is of utmost importance, as all policy layers (national, regional and local) contribute to the overall energy saving target of each MS.
To support this process, a key message to local and regional authorities is that once their MS transpose the EED fully, it will be their task to ensure that national legislators implement it.

The following tool has been developed in the frame of the A2PBEER project which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme.

In the publications most of the projects reports (best practices, financial assessment, strategies for energy efficient retrofitting, etc.) are available.

PLANHEAT - the PLANHEAT tool

The following tool has been developed in the frame of the PLANHEAT project which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme.

The PLANHEAT tool is the “heart” of the PLANHEAT project. It will help your city to simulate its way to decarbonising its heating and cooling system by showing you economically feasible scenarios.

iBRoad - Reports

The following tool has been developed in the frame of the iBRoad project which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme.

This web page presents the reports published in the frame of this projects. You can find the following reports:

The following tool has been developed in the frame of the EEPLIANT2 project which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme.

On this web page, several publications are available such as the final report of EEPLIANT1, of Ecopliant, of Atlete 2, Energy lable Evaluation and other materials as well.

EEPLIANT2 - Best Practice Guidelines for Coordinated and Effective Ecodesign and Energy Labelling Market Surveillance

The following tool has been developed in the frame of the EEPLIANT2 project which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme.

These guidelines are a further development of Best practices for ecodesign market surveillance produced by the participants of the predecessor project, ECOPLIANT. This, the April 2017, version of the guidelines includes content relevant to energy labelling.

ASSIST - Vulnerable consumers market segmentation report

The following tool has been developed in the frame of the ASSIST project which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme.

HEA networks will help their communities identify and implement efficiency and behavioral solutions for those in vulnerability. The project foresees also an action to create and pilot bespoke solutions at national levels using the qualified HEA teams.

ASSIST - Home Energy Advisor (HEA) qualification schema

The following tool has been developed in the frame of the ASSIST project which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme.

The figure of the HEA (Home Energy Advisor) is being developed and inserted in the domestic energy market of each participating country. The HEA will provide specifically to vulnerable consumers with advice and guidance on household energy efficiency, including efficient behavioral changes.
