The PLANHEAT tool is the “heart” of the PLANHEAT project. It will help your city to simulate its way to decarbonising its heating and cooling system by showing you economically feasible scenarios.

Innovate - Inventory of best practices for setting up integrated energy efficiency service package including access to long-term financing to homeowners

The following tool has been developed in the frame of the INNOVATE project which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme.

The publication is an inventory of best practices for setting up integrated energy efficiency service package including access to long-term financing to homeowners. It gives an extensive analysis of the existing energy efficiency services operators and long-term financing schemes.

EEPLIANT2 - Best Practice Guidelines for Coordinated and Effective Ecodesign and Energy Labelling Market Surveillance

The following tool has been developed in the frame of the EEPLIANT2 project which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme.

These guidelines are a further development of Best practices for ecodesign market surveillance produced by the participants of the predecessor project, ECOPLIANT. This, the April 2017, version of the guidelines includes content relevant to energy labelling.

ASSIST - Vulnerable consumers market segmentation report

The following tool has been developed in the frame of the ASSIST project which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme.

HEA networks will help their communities identify and implement efficiency and behavioral solutions for those in vulnerability. The project foresees also an action to create and pilot bespoke solutions at national levels using the qualified HEA teams. 

ASSIST - Home Energy Advisor (HEA) qualification schema

The following tool has been developed in the frame of the ASSIST project which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme.

The figure of the HEA (Home Energy Advisor) is being developed and inserted in the domestic energy market of each participating country. The HEA will provide specifically to vulnerable consumers with advice and guidance on household energy efficiency, including efficient behavioral changes.
